Packages:

10-HR Ticket

The '10-HR Ticket' can be used for development/support hours, without getting an invoice for every activity. The ticket is valid for 12 months. When the ticket is fully used, either a new ticket should be acquired, or additional hours will be charged against the regular rate.

Development/support

Regular hour-per-hour development/support. Customers without any specific package will automatically be charged with this package.
